1. How to Place a Commission Order

To begin your custom artwork, please provide the following details:

• Artwork Type & Style: Floral, landscape, abstract, textured, minimalist, etc.
• Size & Dimensions: Choose from available canvas sizes or request a custom size.
• Color Palette & Theme: Share color preferences or inspiration images.
• Canvas Options: Standard canvas (0.75 inches deep) or gallery wrapped options (1.5 inches deep).
• Deadline & Special Requests: Specify any deadlines or customization details.

2. Pricing & Payment

Pricing varies based on the size, complexity, and materials used. Below is a general pricing guide:

🔹 Deposit: A 50% non-refundable deposit is required to secure your order.

3. Turnaround Time & Process

Custom artwork takes time! Below is the typical process:

1️⃣ Consultation & Order Confirmation – We discuss your ideas and confirm details.
2️⃣ Sketch/Concept Approval – (For complex commissions) A digital or rough sketch may be provided.
3️⃣ Painting Process – I will start your artwork, updating you on progress if requested.
4️⃣ Final Approval & Payment – Once completed, I’ll send images for final approval.
5️⃣ Pickup/Delivery – Your artwork is ready!

Estimated Completion Time:

• Small artworks: 1 weeks
• Large artworks: 2-3 weeks
  (Timelines may vary depending on complexity and my current workload.)

4. Pickup & Delivery (Ottawa/Gatineau Area)

📍 Local Pickup: Available in Ottawa, ON (exact location provided upon confirmation).
🚚 Delivery Options:

• Ottawa/Gatineau area: $15-$30 delivery fee based on distance.
• Canada-wide shipping: Available at an extra cost (packaging + shipping fees apply).

5. Refunds & Revisions

• Deposits are non-refundable due to the nature of custom artwork.
• Minor adjustments can be made during the process, but major changes after completion may require an additional fee.
• If you cancel before painting begins, 50% of the deposit may be credited toward a future order.
